Well today I stayed on track with my eating. I tried to do the Biggest Loser workout and my knees started popping and grinding! I can't stand that sound. So I just did some deadlifts and some bicep curls. I have some MSM coming in the mail so I'm hoping that will help with my joints. I got on the scale and it was back up to 166!Stupid scale. I've been eating right!! I guess this just shows me how important exercise is. And I know that I was just trying to do this the easy way. I need to keep asking God to give me the motivation to exercise. I've got to stop listening to my flesh. That is what always gets me into trouble. I need to take my thoughts captive.
Well back to the grindstone tomorrow!!
